Rush
Shipments
- Orders
received after the cut-off time are NOT guaranteed to
ship that day.
- Customers
insisting any order be shipped when received after the
cut-off time, and
- if
the shipment can still be made ready in time a for
pick up at our facility by the selected carrier,
the order will be subject to a $10 Rush Fee.
- Although
we make every attempt to ship all orders the same day,
the afternoon is our busiest time. Emphasis is placed
on the orders placed by our customers within the
specified time frames above. Since most errors also
occur then trying to process a rush order, we have
adjusted our policy to accommodate those shipments
with a higher degree of accuracy. If you are not
willing to accept the rush fee, please do not expect
us to guarantee the order be shipped same day.

Returning
Used Cartridges
& Fusers (cores)
When you select the exchange
price, you agree and become responsible to return
your used cartridges (cores) within 20 calendar days,
starting on the day of shipment. If
you do not think your current cartridge will be empty by
then, please select the non-exchange option (this option
does not require the return of a used cartridge). . Please
note that we do not accept cores that have been drilled, self
refilled or tampered with.
- If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to
return your used cartridges on time, or at all, please contact us prior
to the 20 days to make alternate arrangements
- Used cartridges not
returned within 20 calendar days will
automatically be billed the difference between the
exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00
Late Fee for each used cartridge either returned
late or not returned at all
- Used fuser assemblies not
returned within 20 calendar days will
automatically be billed the difference between the
exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $20.00
Late Fee for each used fuser unit either returned
late or not returned at all
- For your convenience, we will include a pre-paid
"Core Return" label with your order to return
your used cartridges (within the 48 contiguous states)
