NewproNet
Corporation will gladly ship to our International customers.
There are some changes from our standard terms &
conditions. The major differences are in the types of
payments accepted, shipping options and all products are
sold at the non-exchange price.
International
customers are defined as ANY customer outside of the 50 US
States. This would include Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, etc.
Payment
Options
Due to
increased fraud over the internet, we can only accept
payments via the following methods:
Shipping
Options
- FedEx
International Air Express:
- After placing your order, we will
calculate the weight and provide you with the
freight charges.
- The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes
and import fees.
- FedEx
International Ground:
- Available
for Canadian shipments only and requires a deposit
- After placing your order, we will
calculate the weight and provide you with the
freight charges
- Due
to an increasing number of Canadian customers
delinquent in paying duties and/or import fees, a
refundable deposit of 20% of the product total
($20.00 min) will be required. The deposit is
refundable if, and only if, proof of payment of all
fees is provided within 60 days of the original ship
date. NO EXCEPTIONS
- US Postal Service (USPS):
- This option can be
more economical, however, the customer has to agree to
accept full responsibility in the event the shipment
is lost or damaged.
- NewproNet will assume the
responsibility of providing the tracking number only.
- The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes
and import fees.
Product
Purchasing Options
- Non-exchange - All products will be priced at
the non-exchange rate. It is more economical to pay
the non-exchange rate than the return freight from
overseas.
- Exchange Refunds - Should an International
customer return a core within the 20 day time frame,
Newpronet will credit or refund the difference in
price.
- Return Freight - All freight charges are at
the customers' expense.
Product
Warranty Returns
International customers assume all transportation costs when returning
any products, including those under warranty.
- For Replacement - Upon receipt of the
defective unit, NewproNet will evaluate the product
and if found to be defective and covered under our
warranty, replace the item at no charge. Customer will
be responsible for return freight (both directions).
- For Store Credit - Upon receipt of the
defective unit, NewproNet will evaluate the product
and if found to be defective and covered under our
warranty, refund the customer the original purchase
price (less freight) under our store merchandise credit policy.
- For Refund - Upon receipt of the defective
unit, NewproNet will evaluate the product and if found
to be defective and covered under our warranty, refund
the customer the original purchase price (less
freight) under our standard refund policy.
