ALL
products purchased on our Exchange Program,
require the used core of the exact same type and quantity
purchased,
to be returned within 20 Calendar Days of our Ship Date
When you select the exchange
price, you agree and become responsible to return
an equal number of used cores of the exact same type as
purchased, within 20 calendar days of our ship date. If
you do not think your current cartridge will be empty by
then, please select the non-exchange option (this option
does not require the return of a used core. Please
note: we do not accept cores that have been drilled, self
refilled or tampered with in any way.
- Cores must be returned at the
customers expense. For your protection, we strongly
recommend a carrier that provides either online tracking
and/or proof of delivery.
- Cores must be properly packaged so as to
prevent damage in transit. We do not accept damaged
cores, especially those due to negligence in
packing, late fee may also apply.
- If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to
return a core on time, it is important that you contact us prior
to the 20 calendar days to make alternate arrangements.
- A copy of the "Core Return Form"
(included with your shipment) must also be included with
the used cores to properly identify the shipment. The
use of the form will avoid
unnecessary delays due to misplaced cores or improperly
identified cores and may also avoid a core rebilling and
late fees.
- Used Toner or Fuser Cores, not
returned within 20 calendar days, will
automatically be re-billed the difference between the
exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00
Late Fee for each toner core and/or $20.00
Late Fee for each used fuser core either returned
late or not returned at all.
DO
NOT USE the Red Pre-Paid "PRP" Return Labels

The "PRP Return Labels" are handled in a different
manner and used for a different purpose.

Use of any of our pre-paid labels will
constitute a breach in our core return agreement and result in
a forfeiture of any of the cores returned.
- Your
account will be automatically
re- billed the difference between the
exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00
Late Fee for each toner core and/or $20.00
Late Fee for each used fuser core.
