Shipping & Empty Returns (Used Cores)

Shipping via UPS Ground or US Postal Service (USPS)

  • Standard shipping via UPS Ground to the 48 contiguous USA states
  • Orders shipped to Alaska & Hawaii are shipped via UPS or the Postal Service (USPS)
  • Orders shipped to APO & FPO addresses are shipped Priority Mail through the US Postal Service (USPS)
  • Overnight & 2nd day air shipments also available at an additional fee
  • Orders less than $50.00 net incur a small order fee of $5.00
  • Drop shipments of less than $250 to one location incur a $4.00 per order fee

Shipping Time Schedule (Cut-off Times)

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
    • Domestic Ground: Orders received by 4:30pm CT usually ship same business day
    • Domestic Air: Orders received by 4:30pm CT usually ship same business day
    • International Air: Orders received by 2:00pm CT usually ship business same day
  • U S Postal Service (Priority for domestic, Express for International)
    • Priority: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days
    • Express: All orders will generally ship same or next business day
    • Military Mail: All orders will generally ship within 1 - 2 business days
  • Customer Pick-up (Selma, TX)
    • Orders for pick-up must be placed in advance and may take up to 1 hour to process the paperwork and prepare the item(s)
    • Please call us so that we can confirm product availability and have your order made ready for you. This will avoid unnecessary delays and wait time.
  • Rush Shipments
    • Orders received after the cut-off time are NOT guaranteed to ship same day.
    • Customers insisting any order be shipped when received after the cut-off time will be subject to a $20 Rush Fee.
    • Although we make every attempt to ship all orders the same day, the afternoon is our busiest time. Emphasis is placed on the orders placed by our customers within the specified time frames above. Since most errors also occur when trying to process a rush order, we have adjusted our policy to accommodate those shipments with a higher degree of accuracy. If you are not willing to accept the rush fee, please do not expect us to guarantee the order be shipped same day.

Returning Used Cartridges & Fusers (cores)

When you select the exchange price, you agree and become responsible to return your used cartridges (cores) within 20 calendar days, starting on the day of shipment. If you do not think your current cartridge will be empty by then, please select the non-exchange option (this option does not require the return of a used cartridge). . Please note that we do not accept cores that have been drilled, self refilled or tampered with.

  • If you anticipate a problem or will be unable to return your used cartridges on time, or at all, please contact us prior to the 20 days to make alternate arrangements
  • Used cartridges not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $10.00 Late Fee for each used cartridge either returned late or not returned at all
  • Used fuser assemblies not returned within 20 calendar days will automatically be billed the difference between the exchange and non-exchange rates, plus a non-refundable $20.00 Late Fee for each used fuser unit either returned late or not returned at all
  • For your convenience, we will include a pre-paid "Core Return" label with your order to return your used cartridges (within the 48 contiguous states)

Product Return Policy (Warranty or other reasons)

  • Do not use the "Core Return Label" without prior authorization
  • The "Core Return Label" is not a return authorization & does not have an R/A number
  • Any item received with a "Core Return Label" is handled as a core return only!
  • Products will not be accepted if returned without prior authorization and valid RMA#
